  • Kid Friendly: Playground for the Kids on west side of the building

Things to know

  • Upgrades: We have Preferred Vendors, but welcome all Vendors for everything except for Bar/alcohol
  • Deposit: Damage deposit will apply for parties over 75 people. To be returned after successful agreement.
  • Insurance: Insurance fee of $140 is required for Weddings over 100 people up to $1M damage
